The Loyal Handyman General Contracting has completed another kitchen remodeling project. Starting with a very small kitchen, the homeowner needed more storage space, better lighting and an open feel. We were able to design a new kitchen and eating space that provided significantly more counter space, more efficient custom cabinetry, a small island food prep area, breakfast bar and dining nook. Taking advantage of the corner location, we re-located the sink under the two corner windows. The Loyal Handyman General Contracting continues work on the Iron Lake home. Our team is designing a unique look for this beautiful lakeside home. Using complementary styles of siding and contrasting colors, the exterior will feature some very unique elements. Dramatic lighting with a new style of can lighting is being installed in the soffits along with custom trim elements. This home will look spectacular in day and night!

The Loyal Handyman General Contracting is working on several lakefront properties this summer, all designed to improve the summer and outdoor living experience of the homeowners. This project at Silver Lake includes new exterior siding and finishes along with a new deck. As typical with old siding, moisture and water have penetrated the outer layers of siding and caused damage and decay to the structure. The Loyal Handyman General Contracting has completed work on an extensive remodel and addition project at Silver Lake. This home is loaded with custom features designed and built by The Loyal Handyman General Contracting. New siding brightened up the exterior, replacing dated and damaged wood. The new deck, completely custom, was designed to take advantage of an incredible view for lakeside living and entertaining.
