The Loyal Handyman General Contracting has started work on a new second floor renovation project.  The demolition work has been completed and framing is underway.  We will be creating a new master suite, walk-in closet, and a beautiful new master bathroom.  Plumbing is in process for the centerpiece of the new bath:  a dual headed walk-in custom stone shower.  This project is adding tons of space to an existing second floor bedroom area.  

Our past week has been busy on this exciting second floor renovation project.  The custom walk in plumbing is complete, the sloped concrete shower floor in place, shower walls and drywall are complete and ready for paint.  Trim package is delivered and in place…ready for paint.  This project is a replica of an early 19th century farm house look to include wide trims, oil rubbed bronze fixtures and pattern floor coverings.
