Our past week has been busy on this exciting second floor renovation project.  The custom walk in plumbing is complete, the sloped concrete shower floor in place, shower walls and drywall are complete and ready for paint.  Trim package is delivered and in place…ready for paint.  This project is a replica of an early 19th century farm house look to include wide trims, oil rubbed bronze fixtures and pattern floor coverings.

We are also adding a second floor laundry area.  Retro fitting the plumbing requires a lot of thought and creativity as we are having to plumb the second floor from the basement.

In these photos, you will see master bath framing and plumbing which includes a  recirculating hot water line (from the New Nevian on Demand water heater).  Also shown  is the hand poured concrete sloped shower pan.
