The Loyal Handyman General Contracting is working on several lakefront properties this summer, all designed to improve the summer and outdoor living experience of the homeowners.  This project at Silver Lake includes new exterior siding and finishes along with a new deck.  As typical with old siding, moisture and water have penetrated the outer layers of siding and caused damage and decay to the structure.  The Loyal Handyman General Contracting are experts at solving moisture problems and the resulting long term structural damage.  This project involves removing and repairing the underlaying and frame components, installing moisture barriers and finishing with new siding.

The custom designed deck utilizes some exciting new products for decking and outdoor living.  We’re especially proud of the trimwork, stairs and contrasting colors that bring a unique look to this great new and expanded outdoor living space.
